JIH Ltd. Purchases Operating Assets Belonging to Playsafe Holding

It was recently announced by Playsafe Holding that it will be selling its operating assets to Julian International Holdings Limited (JIH Ltd.), a very well-known investment company.  The reason behind Playsafe’s recent business move is that the company wants to focus on the development of its software and on its B2B platform for online poker game operators.

Based on the agreed upon terms and conditions with JIH Ltd., Playsafe Holding’s subsidiary,  Ecom Enterprise, sold Action Commerce Ltd., as well as its operating assets as PayNoRake.com, TiegrGaming.com, PokerinCanada.com, and its ActionPoker brand for undisclosed consideration from Julian International Holding Ltd.

That said, it has been suggested that consideration will be comprised of upfront payment in addition to payment balancing throughout the coming years.  The deal that was made, however, does not include Playsafe Holding’s domains ActionPoker.com and ActionPokerNetwork.com.  Nevertheless, as of December, ActionPoker.com customers will be transferred to a new network called Chico Poker, a brand of JIH Ltd.
